Welcome
to the Dartmouth Apprentice one of the most stunning restaurants
and bars in Dartmouth Devon.
Converted from a former church, set on two floors, the open
plan interior reflects a perfect balance between contemporary
and traditional features, from the classic brown and cream décor
to the glorious stonework and stain glass windows of the past.
Our manager Simon Warner and head chef, have produced a truly
tempting menu for you to choose from. Both à la carte and set
menus are on offer which change regularly featuring fish, game,
meat and vegetarian dishes all sourced locally where possible.
Many of our dishes are "traditional classics" with an extra
touch of class, whilst others feature a "Modern Mediterranean
twist" to excite the palate with superb flavours.
Alternatively,
enjoy a cool drink at our bar and admire the breathtaking architecture
that the Dartmouth Apprentice has to offer. The
bar area has a raise lounge, complete with huge, comfy leather
sofas where you can relax and enjoy morning coffee or one of
the very popular lite bite dishes. There is an extensive selection
of fine wines and real ales which have been carefully chosen
to complement the food on offer.
