Dartmouth Apprentice Cookery School

During the Spring we are running a very special cookery school. Work in our kitchens with head Chef, Adam Parnham and learn some of the skills of the best cooks.

The course will run once a month for 3 months and will cover making your own pasta plus great fish and meat recipes.

Dates are Tuesday 23 February, Tuesday 23 March and Tuesday 20 April. Numbers are limited to a group of 10 to allow ‘hands on’ cookery in our kitchens. The cost of each day is £35 discounted to £95 if you book for all 3 classes. Cost includes coffee on arrival, lunch in the restaurant with a glass of wine and copies of all the recipes used.

7th, 8th and 9th May - Music Festival

Live music on Friday 7th by the Stringbeans Quartet and on Saturday 8th be entertained by the Jazz songstress, Becky Brine. Kick back and enjoy the music whilst tucking in to our cold Italian buffet.
