Blade of beef
drizzled with red wine and redcurrant reduction, butternut squash puree and fondant potato
   
Fillet of sea bass
set on a pan fried salad of broad bean & mange tout with a creamy dill hollandaise, smoked paprika oil and sauté potatoes
   
Pumpkin tortellini
with sage and shallot butter dressed with rocket and parmesan shavings
   
Pan fried pork loin
with fondant potato, pear and apple puree with a cider sauce and mange tout
   
Baked fillet of salmon
with caper boulangere, white wine reduction and braised fennel
   
Wild mushroom, butterbean and spinach wellington
with roasted tomato puree and a creamy garlic sauce
